Background Information
The Lizzy Haddon 5K and 1 Mile Funwalk was developed to raise funds for the Elizabeth Haddon PTA Health and Fitness Program which has supplied the school with the equipment needed for the Pedometer Program. We are currently working on other programs which will help to promote health and fitness for our students and families.

The event was also developed to raise funds for charities that are committed to research of various childhood illnesses. Elizabeth Haddon Elementary School has proudly donated over $15,000 placing its name on lists of “Outstanding Contributors.” This year a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to help with awareness and research efforts for this devastating illness.
